The Hands of Almalexia are the personal guard of Almalexia herself. They are deemed among the best and very loyal, and are equipped with enchanted weapons and armor. When asked about this topic, Almalexia states that they are the most terrible mortal warriors in the world and should not be reckoned with.[1]
History[]
During the time of the Planemeld, there were many Hands of Almalexia serving as guards to the city of Mournhold, along with the Ordinators, due to the fact that Mournhold was the capital of the Ebonheart Pact. The Vestige was named a Hand of Almalexia while destroying the Maulborn.[2] Later, during the Third Era, there were only five Hands and the guarding of the city was granted to the High Ordinators. The Hands during this time were led by Fedris Hler[3] and were Almalexia's protecters after the loss of her godhood.[4] When the Nerevarine came to Mournhold, Almalexia had them kill a former Hand known as Salas Valor.[5] It is unknown what happened to the Hands of Almalexia after her death and the rise of the New Temple.
