- For other uses, see Harrowstorm.
Harrowstorms are insurgent-type world events similar to dark anchors that appear in Western Skyrim and Blackreach in The Elder Scrolls Online: Greymoor, as well as The Reach.[1] They appear as gigantic red and black colored storms. These storms are used to harvest life energy from people, storing them in gray reliquaries, while at the same time turning those people into Harrowfiends and the Harrowed. This can be prevented by wearing Icereach Coven Medallions or drinking Fennorian’s Elixir. Harrowstorm rituals require Witch Pikes to be performed.

Gameplay[]
Only one storm will appear per zone. The three travelers surrounding the central campfire will be killed when the storm starts.
The three Witch Pikes must be destroyed in order to clear the Harrowstorm. Lost Souls will be drawn towards the pikes, and will heal them if not killed or stunned. The central reliquary will summon stronger minibosses if the storm is not quickly cleared; the Harrowstorm Shrikes are especially damaging. The storm itself can damage the player via lightning strikes, up until shortly after the storm has been cleared.
