- For other uses, see Harrowstorm.
Harrowstorms are insurgent-type world events similar to dark anchors that appear in Western Skyrim and Blackreach in The Elder Scrolls Online: Greymoor.[1] They appear as gigantic red and black colored storms. These storms are used to harvest life energy from people, storing them in gray reliquaries, while at the same time turning those people into Harrowfiends and the Harrowed. This can be prevented by wearing Icereach Coven Medallions or drinking Fennorian’s Elixir. Harrowstorm rituals require Witch Pikes to be performed.
