Has-Many-Legs is a Dwarven Spider who is the pet of Neetra, a Mage from Skywatch. Has-Many-Legs can be found outside the Mages Guild tower, and when first met, it is broken and in need of repair.

Neetra wants to repair her Dwemer construct, Has-Many-Legs. Problem is, she doesn't have enough money to pay for the parts, but knows that nobles around Skywatch often collect the parts. So as a result, Neetra wants the Vestige to steal the three needed parts.
