Hazadir was an Argonian armorer and freedman who hailed from the province of Morrowind. When he was emancipated, he immigrated to Cyrodiil. He was responsible for designing the armor that was used by the Imperial Legion for fighting Argonian forces in Black Marsh.
He ultimately won an armoring challenge against Sirollus Saccus, by designing a set of armor adapted to the terrain of the swampy conditions that the Imperials would be facing, and thus received Imperial commission. His knowledge of Argonian tactics and weaponry were instrumental in the resulting Imperial victory there.[1]
