Health is a measure of the amount of damage that any person or creature can take before dying, or that armor or weapons can incur before becoming completely broken and needing repair to be used again.

The amount of health that a character has depends on their level in the game, and their endurance measure. Your overall health capacity will increase each time your character levels up by 1/10 of your character's Endurance measure, rounded down to the nearest whole integer figure.

A character's health can be increased using Fortify Health or Fortify Endurance spells, potions or enchantments

A character loses health when it receives damage; this usually happens during combat with another character or creature, when encountering dangerous foliage in the Realms of Oblivion, or when traversing dangerous terrain in a careless manner (i.e., jumping from cliffs or ledges, etc). The red bar in the lower left corner of the screen displays your current health status.

By resting your health will return to normal but that may cause you to be attacked by the Dark Brotherhood or have strange dreams or get attacked by cheatures. To restore your health for the x-box game of the year edition open inventory go to stats highlight health add press b,w,b,b,b hold A+B
