Heem-Jas' Retribution is an item set that appears in The Elder Scrolls Online: Shadows of the Hist. It is a Medium Armor set, and can be found in Ruins of Mazzatun. It was added with the addition of Shadows of the Hist, one of the DLCs.[1]
