Hevnoraak is a Dragon Priest Mask found in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. Hevnoraak translates to "brutal" in dragon language.
Acquisition
This mask can be acquired by defeating the Dragon Priest Hevnoraak in Valthume during the quest Evil In Waiting.
Enchantment
The wearer is immune to disease and poison. This is helpful if you don't want to be a vampire and haven't done the companions questline.
Smithing
This mask can be improved at a workbench with an Iron Ingot.
Bugs
- The mask does not seem make its wearer immune to poison. It has yet to be confirmed whether or not it even adds resistance. If it does, then the immunity may be conflicting with a poison damage cap. Still, this greatly detracts from the usefulness of this mask.
- PC PS3 As with any other Dragon Priest Mask, it is possible to equip this item while wearing a Falmer Helmet, Ancient Shrouded Cowl, The Jagged Crown and circlets. The Cowl must be equipped first and then mask second each time.
- PC 360 PS3 When equipping this mask and the Archmage's Robes together; both the mask and your entire head may disappear, showing only an empty hood. A potential short term fix is to drop the Archmage's Robes then pick them up again, or quick save your game and reload it (F5 followed by F9 on the PC). Usually works. Clearing the 360s cache will also correct this issue.
