Hillod the Outlaw is a Redguard member of the Thieves Guild who lives in the Imperial City Waterfront.
Background[]
He says he was involved in the construction of Raven Rock, a town located on the snowy island north of Morrowind called Solstheim, before a run-in with the law and henceforth declared an outlaw.
