Horkvir Bear-Arm is a Nord blacksmith who resides in the Shivering Isles town of Split. Horkvir shares the town with his double who lives in the other half of town. Despite the two looking alike they are completely different in attitudes and personalty.
Personality[]
The Mania Horkvir is always busy and working. When he wakes up, he heads right outside and begins his daily chores, not stopping until it's dark. When asked about his counterpart he will state that he finds, not only his double, but all the Dementia citizens lazy and worthless. Horkvir will also explain that the "Maniacs" simply can't kill their counterparts because this would result in ending up on the Hill of Suicides due to the fact they are the same person.

The Great Divide[]
The Mania residents will all state that their Horkvir has an idea on how to get rid of the doubles. He will ask that the other be killed and that he will pay to make it worth the hassle.
The same deal can be made with counterpart and he will instead become one of the target victims.
