Horse Meat is a type of food found across Tamriel. It can be found on dead horses or inside several dungeons and shacks.
Horse Meat can be cooked into Horse Haunch.

- In The Ratway Warrens, just before the Dragonborn meets Esbern, they will find a chef called Knjakr. In his room, on a table in the corner, they may find horse meat.
