Background[]
The city of Riften has been devastated by Sinmur's assault. The town guard is overwhelmed trying to help all the refugees. They're asking everyone to help with the recovery effort.
Objectives[]
- Speak to Captain Viveka
- Travel to the northern part of Riften
- Rescue the citizens from the rubble
- Put out the fires
- Burn the corpses to prevent disease from spreading
- Return to Captain Viveka for the reward
Walkthrough[]
Upon completing A Giant in Smokefrost Peaks, Captain Viveka will tell you that Sinmur has attacked Riften and caused a lot of devastation. She will ask you to help put out the fires in northern Riften, rescue citizens that were trapped under the rubble and burn any dead bodies you find so that they do not spread disease.
Head to northern Riften. You will find a bucket to put out the fires by the well. It will not be hard to find fires to put out or corpses to burn. The trapped citizens can be harder to spot, so pay attention to quest markers. Once you have done these things, speak with Captain Viveka to finish the quest and start the next one, Pulled Under.
