- For a list of interviews conducted on The Elder Scrolls Wiki, see TES:Interviews.
A list of formal or informal interviews about The Elder Scrolls conducted with former or current employees of a ZeniMax Media company, or similar out-of-game publications by such a company. This includes publications labeled as an interview, Q&A, AMA, formal developer diary, or related format. Text, audio, and video interviews are all documented.
This archive does not contain every statement ever made by a ZeniMax Media company employee. Small, obscure comments are too minor to document here. They may largely be found on The Imperial Library or the Wayback Machine. However, links to forum comments and press releases may be found on some of the sites linked in the "References" section.
Archival notes[]
This archive records original dates where known. If not specified, dates are generally sourced in this priority, from most preferred to least preferred:
- Original publish date listed directly on interview page, as obtained from the original archive link
- On-site publication "recent news" page (or similar) specifying the original publish date of the interview
- Off-site statement by interview author or highly reliable source specifying original publish date
- Off-site statement by non-author user or semi-reliable source specifying original publish date
- Statement with a timestamp specifying that the interview has been released, but not specifying the original date
- Educated guess from a reliable source estimating the original publish date based on known information
- Date the interview was documented by a web crawler such as the Wayback Machine
Uncertain dates are noted as such in the page's HTML source and may additionally be marked with a question mark ? or other notation to signify greater uncertainty. Please do not remove these comments or signifiers.
Some interviews may be split into multiple pages. This article only links to the first page of an interview. You can usually find a "next page" link or button at the bottom of the first page; on some older websites, the link or button may be visually difficult to see. In some cases, the Wayback Machine has archived only some pages of an interview.
Technical notes[]
If you are reading this from the Fandom mobile app, many external archive links do not work because the app automatically appends ?mobile-app=true&theme=false
to the URL. The Wayback Machine interprets this as applying to the archived URL; since no such page exists, it shows no results. To get around this error, remove ?mobile-app=true&theme=false
from the URL in the Wayback Machine.
