For other uses, see Iron Weapons.

Iron weapons are made of iron, the lowest and most common metal found in weapons and armor in Tamriel. Composed primarily of the element of the same name, iron weapons and armor are durable despite requiring only limited craftsmanship.

Physical appearance[]

Most iron weapons have a crude appearance and are likely melted and hammered into their current shape without any other metal or substance (such as carbon, which would result in steel) added to the mix. Iron weapons are easily found in multiple places around Cyrodiil. Iron weapons are available from level 1.
