The Isle of Balfiera is located in the region of Glenumbra, off the east coast of mainland High Rock. The island itself is typically inaccessible, although is reachable by some methods and is the location of the tutorial quest.
It can be seen in the distance from the coastlines of Glenumbra, Stormhaven, and the Alik'r Desert.
