Itar the Gentle's House is a shack located south of the docks in Dagon Fel and its owner can be found within. The door is locked at lock level 25, but can be opened with Itar's Key. Itar is never at home but can be found wandering in the walled courtyard between The End of the World and the Watch Tower.
