J'Kier is a Khajiit bandit and hunter who is found dying in the latter part of the quest Ill Met By Moonlight.
Background
He is one of the hunters of Hircine sent to kill Sinding. He can be found inside Bloated Man's Grotto next to the dead Batum gra-Bar, and soon dies after being spoken to.
