• This item's owner does not appear in Morrowind, but there is unused dialogue that suggests he is a member of the Erabenimsun Tribe. It states, "Karpal is very stupid, but very strong. I have seen him slay a beast with a single blow. Keep him at a distance, or he will crush you. He is always at Ulath-Pal's side."
