King Llermo was the ruler of Farrun in 3E 120.[1]
Not much is known about him. Uriel Septim III spent a good deal of time in his royal court in the company of Princess Rakma, who he later married. It was a political marriage arranged by Potema to keep Farrun on their side in times of need.[1]
