Klimmek's House is a house in Ivarstead. It is the home of the local trader Klimmek, who delivers supplies from Ivarstead to High Hrothgar. It has an Apprentice level lock on the front door. He also lives with another person, named Bassianus Axius.

- Near the vertex of the L-shaped wall, there is a cupboard and a chair. If you jump in between them, it will be impossible to escape without using console commands, such as tcl (Toggle Collision).
