Kummu is a Dunmer Scout living in Erabenimsun Camp, in Morrowind. Kummu is a member of the Ashlanders and while she is not flagged as being essential, killing her may anger the tribe, which may affect the Main Quest.
Equipment
She has fairly typical scout equipment. Common pants, common shirt, a steel katana, chitin shortbow, and 20 chitin arrows.

Kummu is a Skill Trainer, offering training in Long Blade, Athletics, and Block.
