Lamia Demonstration is a repeatable quest in The Elder Scrolls Online wherein the Vestige must assist in training members of the Elsweyr Defense Force by demonstrating how to kill goblins.

Zahari asked me to help train new recruits for the Khajiit Defense Legion to fight enemies they may not have encountered in training.

Walkthrough[]
After completing the Elsweyr prologue quest "The Halls of Colossus," you can speak to Zahari at the gate leading to Northern Elsweyr north of Courmount. She will only give one out of a number of possible quests, one of which is to help train recruits to fight against lamia.
How can I help? "Many recruits have answered our call, but they are unskilled and untested. We are in deparate need for experienced warriors to show them the ways of battle. Perhaps you would be willing to help?"
- What type of training did you have in mind? "Allow our recruits to observe your combat techniques. Through such observation, Zahari believes much will be learned. Meet Captain Shideya at Loriasel in Shadowfen and show our soldiers how to properly combat a lamia."
- All right, I'll help train your recruits. "Be sure to protect the recruits you are asked to instruct. Your lessons will mean little if our soldiers are harmed in the process."
Loriasel.
After speaking with Zahari, you will need to proceed to Loriasel located in Shadowfen northwest from Hissmir. When you arrive, you will need to speak with Captain Shideya who will provide a Khajiiti Recruit as a follower, and with them in tow, you will then need to kill eight lamia in the ruins.
"Welcome, walker. You have come to show our warriors how to fight, yes?"
- I'm ready to demonstrate my fighting skills. "This one has a recruit who will benefit most greatly from seeing you in action. Fight well and be careful."
After killing eight lamia, the Recruit will leave, and you can immediately return to Zahari in Grahtwood to finish the quest. Zahari will thank you for your service and provide a reward.
"Greetings. Was your assignment successful?"
- I showed you new recruits a thing or two. "This one hopes our recruits have taken your demonstration most seriously. Each lesson learned is worth much in these troubling times of Dragons and mayhem. You have aided us greatly, warrior. You have Zahari's thanks."

I must travel to Loriasel in Shadowfen in order to help train Northern Elsweyr Defense Force recruits to defeat lamia. I must talk to Captain Shideya. She will pair me with a fledgling Khajiit warrior who will observe how I deal with powerful monsters.

Trivia[]
- The Khajiiti Recruit will leave the Vestige's service if they leave the Loriasel area, and will return when the area is revisited.
- Other lamia in Shadowfen beyond Loriasel will not count towards the objective to kill lamia.
