Leeching Plate is a dungeon set in The Elder Scrolls Online: Imperial City. It is a heavy armor set, and can be found as loot in the Imperial City Prison and from the Daedric Shackle Trophy Vault. Generic pieces are in the Xivkyn Style.

- 4 items: Adds 28 (Base Value) Maximum Health.
- 5 items: When you take damage, you summon a cloud of leeching poison under the assailant. The cloud deals 27 (Base Value) Poison damage every 1 second for 5 seconds and heals you for 100% of the damage caused. A cloud can be created once every 5 seconds. (This effect scales off of Maximum Health)
