Legate Hrollod is a Nord warrior and a legate of the Imperial Legion. He resides inside a tent in the Eastmarch Imperial Camp.
Civil War[]
If the Civil War questline is completed for the Legion, Hrollod will relocate to the Palace of the Kings in Windhelm.

- Despite being a Nord himself he mistakenly calls Jarls "Nord kings" after being asked the question, "How do you feel about this war?"
