- Delivered by a Courier after Hearthfire is installed. To receive it, the Dragonborn must have completed quests for the Jarl of Falkreath. If the Dragonborn has not completed these quests before installing Hearthfire, a Letter from the Jarl of Falkreath will be delivered instead of this letter.
Quests[]
- This starts a misc. quest to speak to the current steward of Falkreath. Depending on the civil war situation, this can be either Nenya or Tekla. Talk to her about a land for sale.
