Update 6: This ability now starts at 20 seconds and increases in duration by one second with each rank.^[1]

We also increased the duration of this ability to 23 seconds from 15 seconds at Rank IV. It retains the Major Expedition buff at the current maximum value of 7.5 seconds.^[2]
