Lord Bridwell is the leader of the internal Knights of the Dragon and a noble in The Elder Scrolls II: Daggerfall who resides at Daggerfall Castle's court. He can also give The Agent miscellaneous quests.
Background[]
During the War of Betony, Bridwell gained a reputation of valor, captaining the naval forces during the Battle of the Bluffs and later lifting the Siege of Craghold, which liberated a crowd of survivors from the castle ruins.[1] According to legend, when the Treaty of Gradkeep was discovered to have been forged by Arch Priest Vanech to give offense to Lysandus, Lord Bridwell shattered the treaty and its writing table with his battle axe, causing the room to descend into chaos which escalated into the Riot in Reich Gradkeep. During the Battle of Cryngaine Field, it is said that Bridwell was the one who slew King Camaron,[2] although other sources say that it was Prince Gothryd during a duel.[3] He is married to Lady Bridwell.
