Lord Tusk is a large, unique horker in The Elder Scrolls V: Dragonborn.

Combat[]
If Lord Tusk becomes hostile, the other horkers on the island will loyally follow it into battle. It has more than twice the amount of health of a regular horker, significantly more stamina, and deals more damage, but attacks in the same way at the same speed.

- There are several bloodied skulls on the ground surrounding Lord Tusk, implying he ate his victims. He also drops four skulls, further evidence supporting that he eats his victims.
- It is briefly referenced in Saden's Journal.
- Lord Tusk is twice the size of a normal horker.
- It is also 22 levels higher, has 270 more health, and 95 more stamina than a normal horker.
