Low Slash is an active skill in the One Hand and Shield skill line in The Elder Scrolls Online.

Description

Deals 8 Physical Damage and snares target 60% for 9 seconds. Reduces target's Weapon Damage by 15% for 9 seconds.

Requirements

• Unlocked at One Hand and Shield rank 4.
• Requires 1 skill point.

Morph skills

After reaching rank 4 in this skill, it is possible to Morph it:

Deep Slash

• Reduces target's damage.
• Update 5: This ability now hits up to three enemies.
• Update 6: All ranks and morphs of Low Slash now apply the buff Minor Maim for 12 seconds.

Crippling Slash

• Adds immobilize.
• Update 3: This ability now has a visual effect to indicate that your target is immobilized.
• Update 5: This ability now adds 5 Ultimate on hit.
• Update 6: All ranks and morphs of Low Slash now apply the buff Minor Maim for 12 seconds.
• Update 6: This ability now applies the buff Minor Heroism for 8 seconds, as well as the buff Minor Maim for 12 seconds.

Updates

• Update 2: As of Update 2, all One Hand and Shield abilities now require you to have a one-handed weapon and a shield equipped in order to activate them.
• Update 5: As of Update 5, The debuff for Dizzying Swing no longer stacks with similar effects such as Low Slash.
• Update 5: This ability now reduces enemy damage by 15%.
• Update 6: All ranks and morphs of Low Slash now apply the buff Minor Maim for 12 seconds.
