Walkthrough[]
After a month has passed since delivering the dust of restful death, return to Medora in Direnni Tower to gain new information. She will send the Agent off to the tomb of Lysandus to speak to the spirit. The location of the tomb is learned during the quest "The Ancient Watcher".
Go to the tomb, and deep down at the end, the resting place of Lysandus is found. Activate it to learn the aims of the spirit of Lysandus:
"You soothed my rage. I do not seek to be placated; I seek vengeance upon he who slew me. If you'll truly lay my spirit to rest, be the instrument of my vengeance against Lord Woodborne of Wayrest."
