The Mace of Twilight Remedy is an mace in The Elder Scrolls Online obtained from the Maw of Lorkhaj trial. The Mace may be dropped by bosses or obtained from the Dro-m'Athra's Burnished Coffer or Dro-m'Athra's Shining Coffer during the course of the quest "Into the Maw." The Mace is a part of the Twilight Remedy item set.

Into the Maw[]
The Vestige must drive back the dro-m'Athra from the Maw of Lorkhaj. The Mace of Twilight Remedy may be rewarded to the Vestige during or at the conclusion of the quest on any difficulty. A Superior quality version of the Mace may be obtained on normal difficulty, whereas an Epic quality version may be rewarded on veteran difficulty.

The Mace of Twilight Remedy is a part of the Twilight Remedy set which provides the following bonuses when equipped:
- 2 Items: Adds 3 (Base Value) Magicka Recovery
- 3 Items: Gain Minor Aegis at all times, reducing your damage taken from Dungeon, Trial, and Arena Monsters by 5%
- 4 Items: Adds 3 (Base Value) Spell Damage
- 5 Items: When an ally activates you synergy, they heal themselves for 440 (Base Value) Health over 10 seconds and gain Minor Force, increasing their Critical Damage by 10%. This effect can occur once every 10 seconds per ally.
If more than five items of the set are equipped, the Vestige will not receive any further bonuses or effects.
The quantitative bonuses are determined according to the Vestige's level. Once the Vestige is character level 50 with 160 champion points, the quantity will reach its maximum value.
