Maglir is a male Bosmer and a member of the Fighter's Guild. Initially, he can be found in the taproom of the West Weald Inn. Maglir has a bad habit of defaulting on contracts, because he believes he isn't paid enough to put his life on the line and he worries about his family. He defaults two contracts during the player's time in the Fighter's Guild before finally defecting permanently to work with the Blackwood Company. It is curious that Maglir says that he needs the money for his family but when you complete 'Den Of Thieves' with him he says "It's tavern time!"
During the More Unfinished Business quest he defects and joins the Blackwood Company.
At the end of The Hist quest just before you leave the Blackwood Company Hall Maglir attacks you, being one of the last Blackwood members left alive.
