Malevolent Offering

Malevolent Offering, formerly Agony until Update 16,^[1] is a Nightblade active skill in the Siphoning skill line in The Elder Scrolls Online.

Update 8: Adjusted the visual effects for this ability and its morphs to reduce the overall impact on game performance.^[2]
Update 9: This ability and its morphs will now apply their damage over time component to targets that are immune to the disorient portion of the ability.^[3]
Update 16: This morph now decreases the health cost, and has been renamed to Shrewd Offering.

Update 7: The damage from this ability now properly hits targets closest to the stunned target first, starting with the stunned target.^[4]
Update 7: Fixed an issue with the visual effects ending before the duration of the ability was fully complete.^[4]
Update 7: Increased the damage bonus from 2% per second to 5% per second.^[4]
Update 8: Adjusted the visual effects for this ability and its morphs to reduce the overall impact on game performance.^[2]
Update 9: This ability and its morphs will now apply their damage over time component to targets that are immune to the disorient portion of the ability.^[3]
Update 16: This morph now grants Minor Mending when it deals damage to you, and has been renamed to Healthy Offering.

Update 4: As of Update 4, this ability no longer removes the Nightblade active skill, Shadow Cloak.^[5]
Update 6: Reduced the cast time of Agony to 1.2 seconds, and increased the duration by 50%.^[6]
Update 7: Updated the tooltips for Agony and Cripple to properly state they can only affect one target at a time.^[4]

Update 16: This ability and its morphs is now an ally-targeted spell that heals them over time and costs Health to cast instead of Magicka. We also renamed this ability to Malevolent Offering.^[1]
