Usage[]

The ability to increase armor rating across an entire set is valuable, especially early on in the game. If the Fugitive blocks with a good shield, has matching set status, and has this perk, they will find that repair costs may end up lower. For this reason, Matching Set can save a significant amount of gold over time, as opposed to paying for expensive upgrades for ostensibly statistically superior non-matching items.

The downside is that the perk encourages matching set situations with armor. However, enchantments on gear found while questing cost more to repair.
