Mehra Nabisi was a Dunmer Triune of the New Temple of Morrowind sometime in the Third or Second Era.[1] She is mentioned in the book Where Were You When the Dragon Broke? speaking of the deception of the ALMSIVI, when they were considered saviors of the Dunmer.[1]
