Meram Vox was a Dunmer and the son of Urili Vox. Him and his mother were devout worshippers of Boethiah.
One day, he heard whispers coming from the lord himself bidding him to raid the Tribunal Temple of Mournhold in order to retrieve the Judgment of Saint Veloth. And so he did, slaying multiple priests in the process.
He later captured and handed to Almalexia herself for his judgment. She had him executed in front of his mother for his crimes, which fueled the anger in Urili and helped create the Maulborn Cult and the Llodos Plague.
Meram's soul is encountered in the Reservoir of Souls in Eidolon's Hollow, where he has been trapped ever since.
