Mercenaries on the Run is a main quest in The Elder Scrolls: Blades. It requires a Town Level of 2. The recommended player level is level 8. One secret can be found during this quest.

Some of the Bloodfall Queen's men have been spotted in the hills to the north. I should try to get some information from them.

Walkthrough[]
Upon accepting the quest, the Fugitive arrives in a forest. After following the trail, the Hero eventually arrives at a wooden bridge, with a mercenary blocking the way. Approaching triggers a conversation.
After the conversation, the Hero can continue deeper into the forest. Along the way, four venomfang skeevers are encountered at a small campsite. Somewhat beyond the first campsite is another campsite, where the first mercenary, as well as five other ones, can be found. Killing one of the mercenaries triggers the others to fight the Fugitive as they approach.
The secret area can be found in the second part of the camp, on the right side of the wooden bridge. A skull atop a stick must be activated to open a door. Advancing further to the very end of the forest, a mercenary is encountered who is willing to talk.
After dealing with the final mercenary, the quest is completed.
