Mercer's Plans are a miscellaneous questitem found in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
These plans can be found inside Riftweald Manor, Riften, during the quest The Pursuit. It can be found in the same room as Chillrend, Many Thanks and the Bust of the Gray Fox.
Bugs
- Keep in mind that if you wish to complete the Thieves Guild Quest "The Pursuit", do not take the plans until you are told to by Brynjolf. If you break into Riftweald Manor early and take the plans, you will be unable to complete the quest.
