Miraak's Staff is a unique Staff found in The Elder Scrolls V: Dragonborn.
Acquisition
Miraak's Staff can be looted from the skeletal remains of Miraak upon his defeat, as well as his outfit and Sword.
Enchantment
"Sprays writhing tentacles on the ground that stagger and poison foes that enter them."

Usefulness
These tentacles stay on the surface they are sprayed on for a while, and most enemies cannot pass them, making this a good tactic for area denial. Larger, tougher enemies such as Draugr will only be staggered, and not take much damage or be poisoned.
