Mountain's Blessing is a Dragonknight passive skill in the Earthen Heart skill line in The Elder Scrolls Online.
Description[]
When you cast an Earthen Heart ability, you and your group gain Minor Brutality for 10/20 seconds, increasing Weapon Damage by 10%. If you are in combat, you also generate 2/3 Ultimate. This effect can occur once every 6 seconds.
Requirement[]
- Unlocked at Earthen Heart ranks 22 and 36.
Updates[]
- Update 6: This passive now also grants all allies within 30 meters the buff Minor Brutality for 10 seconds at Rank I, or 20 seconds at Rank II.[1]
- Update 7: Fixed an issue which was causing Rapid Maneuvre to trigger the Mountain's Blessing passive.[2]
- Update 9: This passive ability now grants the Minor Brutality buff any time an Earthen Heart ability is activated. The Ultimate gain portion of the passive still can only be granted while you are in combat, and the tooltip has been updated to convey this.[3]
