Muiri's Ring is a quest reward for killing Nilsine Shatter-Shield in the Dark Brotherhood quest "Mourning Never Comes." It is given to the Dragonborn as a reward by Muiri.

You can never obtain this ring if you killed Alain Dufont in his hideout at Raldbthar before starting the quest Mourning Never Comes, as Muiri will not give the Dragonborn the option of killing Nilsine Shatter-Shield for which she rewards the ring. Additionally, Muiri will not have the marriage option if you are wearing the Amulet of Mara unless you have killed Nilsine Shatter-Shield for her.
