Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • This house is quite convenient if one has purchased the Shivering Isles package. It's close to 'The Door in Niben Bay' and it is a good place to store all goods and weapons one won't need in the Shivering Isles.
  • A small bug has been known to occur where after purchasing the house, it remains the property of the count thus one can be arrested for entering it, on the PC this can be fixed by loading the console, selecting the door and typing setownership.
