This house is a small wooden shack, of which the Hero gets the first floor (the second is inhabited by Luciana Galena). They can acquire this residence from Count Regulus Terentius, who resides in Castle Bravil, for the sum of 4000 Gold, not including the cost of furniture upgrades, provided that his disposition towards them is at least 50. Upgrades are available from Nilawen at The Fair Deal.
