My Brother's Keeper is a quest in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. The Hero needs to speak to Vicente again.
Walkthrough
Vincente says he has no more quests to offer, only a gift to offer to the Hero if they choose to accept.
The Dark Gift
Vicente offers them the gift of vampirism if they have talked to him previously about the "Vampirism" topic. This shows up as a quest called Darkness Eternal. If they wish to be a vampire, simply speak to him about a "Dark Gift" and he'll help them achieve that.
If the Hero wish to accept this gift later, speak to Ocheeva instead for completion of this quest.
