Mynisera is a former Dowager Queen of Daggerfall. Mynisera is the widow of King Lysandus of Daggerfall and is the mother of the current King, Gothryd. She was a trusted friend of Uriel Septim VII. In 3E 403 Uriel VII sent a letter telling her that the Numidium had resurfaced, and that the Totem of Tiber Septim was in the possession of Lord Woodborne of Wayrest. The Emperor asked her to persuade Woodborne to give the Totem of Tiber Septim to the Blades.
However, the War for Betony ruins the Emperor's plan. The letter is indeed delivered to the Queen of Daggerfall, but now the Queen is Aubk'i. Mynisera was then the Dowager Queen, as her husband, King Lysandus had died during the war. Lysandus' son, King Gothryd, now ruled Daggerfall.
In the end the letter ends up in the hands of Gortwog, the leader of the Orcs of Orsinium. The agent that Uriel Septim VII sent, eventually recovered the letter, unfortunately the news of the Totem of Tiber Septim had been spread widely around the Iliac Bay.
The Totem of Tiber Septim itself was found in the vaults of Daggerfall Castle by the agent. It is obvious that King Gothryd had a connection with Lord Woodborne, the person who assassinated his own father, King Lysandus.
