Myvryna Arano is a Dunmer agent living in her house in the Waterfront District of the Imperial City. Although she is a member of the Thieves Guild, she is actually an informer for Hieronymus Lex.
During The Elven Maiden, she is framed for stealing the bust of Llathasa Indarys, and Lex arrests her. It is possible that she is related to Mivryna Arano in Black Waterside Stables due to a similar name and Tanasa Arano in Riverview, which are both in Cheydinhal. Uzul gro-Grulam mentions he has been courting her with the intention of marriage.

Finding the Thieves Guild[]
A beggar told the Hero that if they want to find the Gray Fox, they should look for the Garden of Dareloth in the Waterfront District of the Imperial City around midnight. The Gray Fox is the only clue they have to the mysterious Thieves Guild.
The Elven Maiden[]
The Thieves Guild has a need to "acquire" Llathasa's Bust from her tomb. While the job looks simple, it has more to it than a simple theft.

Myvryna Arano: "Hey! What are you doing?" Hieronymus Lex: "You were right. The bust is here and Myvryna is guilty. This citizen is accusing you of stealing the bust of Llathasa from Cheydinhal. I even found the bust in your cabinet. What do you have to say?" Myvryna Arano: "Fool! You've just exposed me to the Thieves Guild. That "citizen" is actually the guild member that was hired to do the theft!" Hieronymus Lex: "Regrettably I've no further use for you. If what I heard is true, you're the thief. If what you say is true, the Gray Fox knows you are my informant. Either way, it's over. You didn't really think I'd trust the likes of you for very long?" Myvryna Arano: "But I've been loyal to you! I've reported everything that Armand has done. You can't just toss me aside like a soiled cloth!" Hieronymus Lex: "Yes I can! You are under arrest for the theft of the bust of Llathasa Indarys, Countess of Cheydinhal. Come with me."
Trivia[]
- In the quest "Untaxing the Poor," one can notice that Myvryna Arano is exempted from taxes, foreshadowing that she is Hieronymus Lex's informant for the next quest, "The Elven Maiden."
