Naris the Wicked is a necromancer found in Morvunskar, southwest of Windhelm. He is located at the bottom of a staircase behind a locked door.
Upon discovering Naris, he will be standing in front of a prison cell, where he appears to have tortured prisoners to death by burning them alive. The mage who works the forge says he gets a kick out of torturing the prisoners.
