Nir

Nir was the creation made by the "interplay of Light and Darkness" in the Dawn Era. Nir's presence and appearance "amazed and delighted" both Anu and Padomay. However, Nir loved only Anu. Padomay, bitter and enraged, beat Nir for her love of Anu, but was eventually expelled from Time by Anu. Nir gave birth to creation after presumably becoming pregnant with Anu, but died from her injuries afterwards.

• In Khajiit mythology, "Nirni" represents the motherly aspects of Nir.
