Ohtimbar is an Altmer member of the Fighters Guild in Cheydinhal. He can be found in his home in the early morning hours each day.
He holds the rank of Guardian, which only three other members have reached, Azzan, Burz gro-Khash and Keld of the Isles. He used to be a combatant in the Arena, but got out while he "still had the standard set of arms, legs and ears."
