Template:OblivionNPCsTemplate:NPC-stub Olav is the proprietor of Olav's Tap and Tack in Bruma. He also gives information during the A Brotherhood Betrayed quest if his disposition is at 70 or higher. He may have ties to the theives guild because when you talk to Ongar the World Weary he will barter with you and you can sell stolen goods when he is standing near him. He sells varios types of food and drink. You can also buy a bed from him for 5 gold.
